VILLA MARIPOSA is designed with spacious common areas in an original circular design that allows airflow in every room and stunning views of the Caribbean throughout the house.

The living room with a beautiful double height palapa roof is surrounded by mahogany widows on the oceanfront, an open design brings you to the dinning room with large french doors extending outside to a furnished patio. The well equipped kitchen with black granite countertops is adjacent to the dinning and living area, all areas coming together in an open design.

The house offers 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, total privacy and each one coming out to oceanfront terraces with hanging hammocks and lounge chairs. One bedroom is downstairs and two more upstairs.

The second floor stairway takes you to the roof to enjoy views of Tankah Bay and the jungle.

On the garden side of the house is a palapa covered outside kitchen with wood table and a gas barbecue, sink and counter space.

The caretakers house and laundry sits on the garden side as well, and enough parking space for several cars.

The white sandy beach is just footsteps away, taking you to a spectacular coral reef.

Within walking distance enjoy the Cenote Manati, a great sink hole surrounded by mangrove.
