The Maralago condominium features a variety of pools, a gym, jacuzzis, an event area, and a beach area with lounge chairs and palapas. It has 24/7 security. Maintenance is included in the monthly rent, which covers the cost of electricity, air conditioning, and water. Rental price is $4,300 USD. Two security deposits and monthly rent due in advance during the first 5 days of each month. Minimum one-year lease. No pets allowed.
